Since I have been getting nearer and nearer to my goal weight since I have been working on cutting, I have started to think about the next stage in my fitness life, that is gaining muscle and improving my curves. I'd like to think that I already have decent curves thanks to my wide hips and decent sized boobs, and that hourglass shape is only getting better with fat loss. However, I believe I am really lacking in the glute area.

I have thought about Bret Contreras's Strong Curves but the photos of extremely muscular oiled up women has put me off following the program as it goes against my goals of building a very natural looking, curvy, fit but volumptous body. As in I like the look of smooth firm dent free skin but in a nice feminine shape rather than loads of muscle definition (or flabs as I had).

I found the above program today and it looks like the after photos are closer to my goals than Bret's program. How would you compare the programs in terms of their effectiveness and efficiency (as I am kind of preparing my body for an event this summer but also to improve my body in the long term).

I'd love to hear your thoughts and recommendations on glute/curve focussed programs that are really effective and do not require really complex equipment!
