Installed Windows 10 Upgrade on an HP Pavilion 17-f065us laptop with Windows 8.1 Pro installed by HP. Network Adapters include: Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller and Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 b/g/n WiFi Adapter. Upgrade install completed normally.

Additional Information:

Windows 8.1 Pro also had Sierra Wireless Inc software for a Sierra Wireless USB 598 EVDO Modem/3G Device and SonicWALL's Virtual NIC for the SonicWALL Global Client software.

Issue:

Realtek Network Controller Not Found

Although Network Adapters both appear in Device Manager with 'This device is working properly' status, neither will connect to an existing network in which my other laptop and tablet connect to. Event Viewer has NO entries for Applications Errors or System Errors. Network Icon in System tray displays 'Not connected - No connections are available'. Network and Sharing Center Window does not display my home network, or any other I've attempted to connect to. Clicking the 'Change adapter settings' link does not display either network adapter.

Network controller driver windows 7

What I've done so far:

Physically attached via Ethernet cable to several different network without success.

Attempted to attach to several different WiFi routers without success.

Uninstalled Sierra Wireless Device from Device Manger and software from Programs and Features window. Rebooted.

Uninstalled SonicWALL Global Client Software from Programs and Features and removed Virtual NIC from Device Manager. Rebooted.

Uninstalled both Network Adapters in the Device Manager, together and separately, reboot and allowed Win 10 to reinstall.

Checked the HP website for Windows 10 specific NIC downloads, none found.

Checked the Realtek website for Windows 10 Specific NIC downloads, none found.

Any additional guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Update: 08/14/15

Downloaded and Installed Realtek (LAN) Driver verison 10.1.505.2015 from the HP Website, rebooted. Still Nothing!

Found an article stating that SonicWALL VPN may be problem. Rolling back to Win 8.1 to uninstall SonicWALL and upgrade again to Win 10.
